Satisfying, age-worthy and representative of the beauty in restraint.

2021
Energetic and deep, this wine melds bright red fruit aromatics of strawberry and pomegranate with minerality and acidity. Forest floor earthiness and savory herbs seamlessly mesh with notes of dark chocolate, juicy plums and ripe blackberries. The productive soils of this vineyard, partnered with the valley floor’s optimum warmth and sun exposure result in wines that are complex and intense with the promise to delight with age.

The high elevation and volcanic soils of Diamond Mountain produce elegant wines with bright acid. This vintage reveals a Cabernet of depth and complexity. On the palate, this wine has a medium-body and dusty tannins. Bright aromatics of just picked blueberries and boysenberries lead into notes of aged leather, dark mocha, and caramel. *Inaugural Release*
