An inaugural vintage to behold, this medium-bodied, muscular Cabernet displays an umami-like
savoriness and notes of herbaceous sage and damp earth. Lily of the valley and blossoming
violets are layered with complex aromatics of dark black licorice and espresso bean. Chalky,
minerality and silky tannins are present in a finish that goes on and on.
